Minnesota was found dead in a cornfield in upstate New York. I'm joined by sharing you at

Carol Levin in Minnesota, Kristen O'Connell's

hometown where she was from before she took that last trip. Sharon, tell us about what we know about

Kristen O'Connell and what happened. Well, so it's kind of a long story as many cold cases go,

but basically the gist of it is that Kristen was on spring break,

and she met this boy down in Florida, I believe, and she was smitten.

She had met a boy on spring break who just, oh, just charmed her. She thought he was really nice, and she corresponded with him.

He invited her up to the Finger Lakes before her junior year started.

And so they kind of corresponded after the spring break, and then they were planning on going up to this Finger Lakes region.

And in between these two trips, so Florida and the Finger Lakes region, there were some details that had shifted, something about how he was like now kicked out of his parents' home,

and he was living in a trailer that his buddy
