What's on your mind right now? I talk a lot about this thing called the power of right focus.

We've all heard whatever you think about expands. What if you think about gets bigger, becomes

more real, becomes more emotional, and the vast majority of people I talk to when they start

Monday so it's like oh my god Monday I want you to be like oh my god Monday how do you

do you do that do you have a win Do you have a win list of all the things you've accomplished

so far this year or the last 30 years? So many people going back to that power of right

focus get stuck in the rut of the same old drama,

the same old issues, the same old problems.

I'm not saying that they're not real.

Here's the challenge, though.

If that is what's consuming your mindset, on a Monday, how do you think you show up for others?

Remember that how we feel on the inside radiates the people on the outside.

You can't be an energy-s sucking vampire on a Monday and expect to produce amazing results.

I'm asking you to start a win list.

you know what I know this if you focus on your wins if you focus on the victories the little

ones and the big ones brought my wife to flower for no apparent reason I
