0:10.0	As 2025 is nearly here, I've been hearing from a lot of people just out in the world and in my community that they want to make a bold move.
0:20.6	They want to take a risk. They want to do something
0:23.3	differently in the new year. Now, I know this is a common New Year sentiment, no matter what year
0:28.9	it is, but I don't know. I'm kind of feeling it. I'm viving with it myself. You know,
0:33.7	bold moves, a new year 2025. It just feels like, I don't know, a good lucky year for some reason.
0:42.4	And if you are one of those people, if you're thinking, gosh, I want to shake things up in the new year,
0:47.6	I want to do something differently, I maybe want to forge your head in a new way or do something
0:51.7	that's going to require some courage. I would like to
0:56.1	remind you of this truth, okay? It's all a damn risk. It is all a risk. What you consider to be a
1:09.5	risk, the opposite is also a risk. Right, let this give you some peace,
1:15.5	some solace, some relief today. Think about it. Leaving my job, right, my corporate job in 2014
