Good morning.

God morning to you. I'm at church right now. I'm at the ashram. I'm at the mosque.

I'm in my heart. I'm in your heart. There's joy here. Can you feel it?

It woke you up this morning. It's constantly flowing through you,

within you, around you. Yogananda said, we don't have to try to fill joy.

We just need to be aware of it like your heartbeat. You sense it as soon as you become inwardly

calm and still. Turn within right now and notice your heartbeat, but notice. The act of

turning within. The same way I turn within to hear my heartbeat, that's the same turning I use

to fill this joy, to become aware of this joy, to love this joy. I say, when you stop wanting it,

it immediately comes to you. Use that for this. Practice it with the joy, with the love, with

the silence, with God. And then it'll be easy for you to practice it with the material things with

your desires. Give up your wanting of joy and just notice it's here like your heartbeat, like your breath.

Like my voice. When you stop wanting quiet, you can hear it. No matter where that body is sitting

or standing or walking, God says, if you come to me walking, I will come to you running.

If you are close to me, I bring you even closer. Come here. Remember how things worked out last time.

You remember the times that God sent you the right people at exactly the right moment. Do you

remember when something looked bad, but it turned out to be good. It turned out to be exactly what

you needed. It turned out to be a gift in disguise, a miracle even. You're so close to it that you

can't see it. You can't see the beauty of it yet, but you can fill it. Right? You're filling it with

me right now. Sri Sri Ravi Shankar said only the heart can recognize the matters of the heart.

The ears can't see. The eyes can't smell. The brain, the mind can't recognize the heart.

It can't recognize this love. It can't fill what's coming, what's actually already here.
