Hello once again my friends and welcome back to the morning mindset. It's time for us to get

our minds aligned with the truth of God. I want to say thank you to all of you who came out to the

morning mindset meet up this past Saturday. It was great to meet you and great to

study God's word together. Thanks so much for taking your time to come out and meet my wife and I. I also want to say a special thank you to people around the world who I can see are listening. I can't see who you are, but I can see where you are. There are people in Ecuador. There are people in South Africa.

There are people in New Zealand and people in Papua New Guinea. People in Japan, people in Iceland, all over the world people are hearing the morning mindset

thank you so much for joining me as we strive to get our minds aligned with the

truth of God for this day.

And we're doing so today by looking at Romans chapter 12,

and we are still in verse 16,

even though it is a very short verse,

we are picking it apart because we want to understand the details of what

the Apostle Paul is teaching us.

Now the previous episode, we talked about the first two-thirds of verse 16 where the apostle Paul said

live in harmony with one another do not be haughty but associate with the lowly and

then right after that comes another sentence,

which is what we're gonna deal with today,

that is connected.

So let's hear how it's connected.

He says, never be wise in your own sight.

So he's addressing part of the reason

that someone might be haughty
