sideways you're screwed you have nothing to hold on to bingo you're gonna go down the

toilet just like everybody

else yeah and there's all this doom and gloom about the real estate market and all this stuff and

everybody I'm like settle down one the greatest opportunities to ever come to real estate

yes are in this space.

And exactly what's going on right now.

And all the studies actually show the 200 greatest economists in real estate are all saying

2021 is when the next quote unquote recession's going to have.

And when you study the last seven

recessions, only one had an impact on the real estate economy.
