Summary
It's a BEING practice, not a thinking one.
Today's Quotes:
"If materialistic world is noise, spirituality or religion is music. Most people just keep shuffling between noise and music. To discover the eternal silence, you have to realize that the music is just refined noise." - @immortaltalks on IG
“Father, there is little to tell. My consciousness has never associated itself with this temporary body. Before I came to this earth, Father, I was the same. I grew into womanhood, but still, I was the same. When the family in which I had been born made arrangements to have this body married, I was the same. And, Father, in front of you now, I am the same. Even afterwards, though the dance of creation changes around me in the hall of eternity, I shall be the same.”
-Anandamayi Ma to Yogananda in 'Autobiography of a Yogi'
"I become something, then nothing, then everything, but always remain Myself."
-Rupert Spira
Today's Practice:
Know 'I Am' by feeling It, not thinking about It. Feel It without words. When you're feeling It, you're being It and know everything else as It, too. This is a feeling practice, not a thinking practice. We're dropping the noise, the music, for Silence. And from that Silence you can enjoy the music... you can be the dancer, the watcher of the dance, and at the same time, be beyond it all.
I Love you,
Nik
