I'm going to be handing over the reins to my good friend and fellow mindfulness teacher Samantha Snowden.

She's brilliant. You're going to love her.

But today, I wanted to spend a bit of time talking about those moments in life.

The might cause for a little celebration.

And I don't just mean birthdays or weddings or big events.

I mean all the moments big and small that it causes for a celebration, even if it's just with ourselves.

And when I was asked to host this show after Andy, I was like, no way. There's no way I can do that.

But yet here I am two months later. Maybe a little tired, but I did it.

And that is something I feel really proud of. For me, it is a little moment of celebration.

I bring this up because I think we're so quick to dismiss those achievements in our life or play them down.

Instead of taking a step back and acknowledging what you have done.

Our comparing mind often kicks into high gear.

And before we've had a moment to recognize that sense of achievement, we're off over analysing what we could have done better.

Of course, we have to learn and get feedback. And we're not always going to get things right.
