2:00.0 | I bring this up because I think we're so quick to dismiss those achievements in our life or play them down. |
2:09.0 | Instead of taking a step back and acknowledging what you have done. |
2:14.0 | Our comparing mind often kicks into high gear. |
2:19.0 | And before we've had a moment to recognize that sense of achievement, we're off over analysing what we could have done better. |
2:27.0 | Of course, we have to learn and get feedback. And we're not always going to get things right. |
