People are getting fatter, sicker and plagued with more mental health issues than ever.

A victim mentality has become the mindset of choice in modern society.

It’s become so prevalent that people don’t even realize they have it, since it’s all they see around them.

If you have a victim mindset, you lose. Every time.

You will also struggle..

And can expect to live a hard, miserable existence absent of purpose, fulfillment and happiness.

If WE don’t stop this epidemic - no one will.
