terrifying last 24 hours for tens of thousands of people living in Maine with several cities

and towns there still right now on lockdown. After a gunman killed at least 18 people and

injured 13 people at a bar and at a bowling alley on Thursday night. A manhunt is still

underway for the suspect. His name is Robert Carr. You can see him here in a brown sweatshirt

carrying an semi-automatic rifle. Two law enforcement sources telling NBC News that

Carr, a member of the Army Reserve, was sent by his military commanders to undergo psychiatric

treatment after he made threats to a military base. His vehicle was found abandoned last night

about eight miles from Lewiston site of the shootings. Authorities are cautioning everyone not

to approach the suspect. He should be considered armed and dangerous. Based on our investigation,
