Welcome back to another Adam Schaefter podcast, post-summer break, pre-football season.

There is a lot going on, and today we will be joined by the 13th overall pick in the 2016 NFL

draft, a man that the Miami Dolphins selected after he was involved in one of the wildest

draft nights in recent history. And he's now been with the Houston Texans the past four

years earning three Pro Bowl selections during that span. During the offseason,

Laramie Tunsell signed a three-year, $75 million contract extension that made him the highest

paid offensive tackle in the NFL for the second time in his career. Laramie Tunsell will

talk about the upcoming season and how high his hopes are for the Houston Texans.

And then we'll be joined by somebody that I've been connected to for an awfully long time.

Since 1988, I was with him the day that he basically became paralyzed.

His name is Alan Brown.

And Sunday night, as I was sitting around, got a text from an executive in the NFL,

and he said, it feels like football is back. And it feels like football's back, because on Sunday

alone, the Tennessee Titans signed Pro Bowl wide receiver, DeAndre Hopkins, and the Jacksonville

Jaguars signed their franchise tight end,

Evan Ingraham, to a three-year deal worth over $41 million leading into Monday

when there were questions about three franchise running backs, Sequin Barclay, Josh Jacobs,

...
