| 1:35.7 | clients. So one thing that I look at with clients is we have goals in dating. And most people maybe don't even think of dating as being a |
| 1:46.9 | goal-oriented thing. Like, we either think it's bad to have goals because they make us feel |
| 1:52.1 | pressured or they make us feel bad if we don't hit them. Or we think you shouldn't have goals |
| 1:57.8 | because it's just the kind of thing that should be go with the flow. |
| 2:02.2 | But I really like to have small goals for each week between sessions that I have with clients. |
| 2:09.4 | So for some people, that might be bringing it from online dating, like on the app to texting |
| 2:16.8 | and having an engaging conversation with somebody. |
| 2:19.9 | For other people, it's creating a date that week. For other people, it's having the exclusive |
| 2:25.9 | conversation. So the goals always vary. But the purpose of the goal is to be able to see where your growth is. So if you hit a goal, |
