I'm John Bachelor with my colleague Jonathan Schanser, the Vice President of the Foundation for the Defense of Democracy.

We're talking about what we know, what is possible to imagine in the twin threats issued within these last days by the leaders

of predatory regimes, the Ayatollah in Tehran, and then we come to Naswala the general secretary of Hezbollah a

gangster outfit that is responsible for the deaths of hundreds of thousands of

people certainly in Syria we can only guess that the body count.

And in any event, they're armed with rockets and missiles and drones and they've been

peppering the north of Israel for 10, 11 months now, except that we come to the moment in Nasrala, the

general secretary, says poetically, I believe, Israel will weep.

I've not seen much weeping yet. However, the threat is real, the

brackets and drones continue. I believe there were 50 in the recording of the

last hours. There are casualties all the time.

Thousands of people have been evacuated from the homes of the north of Israel.

So Hezbollah, Jonathan, has it changed in any fashion since the vow of the Nasrala that they're going to

revenge the death of one of their rocketeers? A man who was linked to the 83 marine

bombing by the way. So Israel did the US a favor by making him join his

ancestors. What's new about Hezbollah or is this the same old same old and we're

supposed to be scared now? It's a good question, John.

I mean, I think we should acknowledge that Hezbollah has always

posed a significant threat to Israel.

As we've noted before on this program, His ball has been firing on Israel since October 8th,

and there have been thousands of drones and rockets

and missiles that have been fired.
