For a second night running in Washington, D.C., Donald Trump and Benjamin Netanyahu will be talking about Gaza and talking up the chances of a ceasefire. We've got to get that solved, is how Mr. Trump put it.

I've been talking to an emergency doctor at NASA Hospital, Sabah al-Asma, who sounded desperate.
