And what the fact of Israel's own contentment, its productivity, its prolificacy in terms of its birth rate and all that.

The lessons that might teach us here in America as we struggle with our own position as the most mature democratic republic on earth and where we are headed.

So that's the genius of Israel, go pre-order Dan's book, we're going to talk about Israel and what's going on in Israel in a minute but a couple of things to mention before we do that.

Matt, a judge for the fourth time I believe and maybe the fifth time overall since Barack Obama announced the DACA rules.

Not exactly legalizing but giving a formal permanent residency status to kids who threw no fault of their own were born in the United States to parents who were who were illegals.

Has now once again been found to be unconstitutional an act of legislating from the executive branch and I had kind of thought this was over.

I mean every two years since DACA which was 2015 I think there has been a court case that says no it's unconstitutional then there's no it's unconstitutional.

A different circuit no it's unconstitutional Supreme Court has not weighed in on this it is patently unconstitutional that's why it keeps found unconstitutional.
