Hi, John. Hunter Biden was indicted yesterday afternoon by special prosecutor David Weiss,

the US Attorney in Delaware. Weiss, of course, negotiated the plea deal with Hunter Biden

that fell apart in the course of a relatively pro forma meeting in front of the judge to

authorize the plea deal. Judge said, I'm not going to be a rubber stamp. What's going on here?

Are you? Are you not continuing to pursue investigations into Hunter Biden? At which point

the Justice Department representative said, yes, we are. And at that point, Hunter Biden's

lawyer said, no, you're not. We made this deal on the grounds that Hunter Biden, if Hunter Biden

shot someone on Fifth Avenue, he would be immune from prosecution. Effectively, there was a big

hu-ha in the courtroom and Hunter Biden's lawyers withdrew their plea. Now, I have a blog post
