For all the pen testers out there that are trying to evaluate password cracking solutions or that just try to practice a little bit themselves did he put

together an active directory database file that you can download and try to extract

and crack hatches from it the goal here is to give you a range of a different

password strength so you can evaluate your

password cracking solution and well just practice the mechanics of doing so.

And Firefox reduces the amount of flash that it will display to the user.

In an update starting in August Firefox will no longer

execute flash if it's not actually executing any visible content now as far as I

know this could affect some flash cookies that sites set in particular banks

sometimes use flash cookies 40 remember my device

feature so what may happen as a result when you log in to your bank website you may be prompted

for an additional security question using Firefox starting in August. Interestingly Firefox did notice

that the crash rate of its plugins does continue to drop as more and more websites

move away from Flash and overall Firefox does expect to rely less and less on Flash and

in March 2017 Flash will actually be the only NPA API plugin that will still run in Firefox.

This support is expected to be continued for important plugins like Java and Flash until early 2018.

If your website still relies on Flash, you really should start moving away as browsers make it more and more difficult for users to actually display flash content and HTML 5 of course
