notes for today's episode. Well, hi, I'm Dave, and it is a cold, cold day in South Carolina.

And since I started doing this podcast, probably, if not the coldest day, certainly one of the two or three coldest that I've been out walking in, the temperature hovering around freezing and the wind, as you can tell, is active.

And so that's driving the wind chill to below freezing. And of course, I don't want to complain.

I don't want to whine because I think of David, a listener in Canada,

who recently told me about his walks when the temperature is 16 and the wind chill is one.

Yeah, David's got me beat by far. But for me and what I'm

used to, at least here in South Carolina, it is a cold day. So we've been talking or I've been

talking about quitters day coming up this Wednesday, January 19th.

And if you've missed the last couple of days, Strava, which is a personal fitness app,

they have tons of data, and they have determined that most people who quit their New Year's resolutions, those fitness goals, they started on January 1st.

Most people who quit will have done so by January 19th.
