| 0:45.2 | So kind of before we get into some practical things, people can do to stay fit, some things |
| 0:50.7 | that corporations can do to help their employees stay fit, what is it that you do as a corporate |

| 0:56.6 | The day look like, you know, when you wake up in the morning, what's work for you? |
| 1:01.3 | Basically, I get up and you know, you might work out. |
| 1:07.4 | And then I start calling my clients, so I'm a telephonic wellness coach and I'm paired |
| 1:16.0 | up with these people and they're people that I have talked to before and I probably have |
| 1:22.0 | anywhere from 8 to 15 clients a day and I get on the phone and call them up and we start |
| 1:29.2 | talking about whatever they want to talk to about their wellness. |
| 1:35.4 | And every person is different, every call is completely different and you never really |
| 1:39.3 | know what you're getting. |
| 1:41.3 | But the coaching is individual to the person, it's all about them and we talk about what |
| 1:47.6 | they feel like is their biggest challenge or what they want to pursue and that's what |
