podcast I always like to picture us like we're girlfriends chatting and today we're

difference between options and

fundamentally options are the choices that don't have real consequences.

Like it's just options.

They're a little bit lighter where like yes there's going to be a

consequence of picking one option versus the other but it's not really going to make

a tremendous impact in your life. But choices on the other hand even the

tiny ones those do have consequences.

And really, our life in its entirety is made up of all of these tiny little choices.
