US Vice President J.D. Vance has departed for a Slapabad Pakistan, where negotiations with Iran over a ceasefire are set to take place on Saturday.

He'll be joined by Trump's son-in-law Jared Kushner as well as his special envoy Steve Whitkoff.

From the Iranian side, Parliament Speaker Mohammed Baghaghalabha and Foreign Minister Ab Arakchi will be leading the talks, with Pakistan's Prime Minister Shabashir's government mediating.
