It's been nearly two weeks since a federal judge dismissed the criminal cases against former FBI Director James Comey and current New York Attorney General Letitia James, and Trump's Department of Justice has neither appealed the dismissals nor re-indicted the cases. There are several legal obstacles to resurrecting these cases without them being dismissed a second time, as Glenn discussed with former Palm Beach County State Attorney Dave Aronberg.
