And yeah, obviously we're going to be focusing on Iran, the United States, Israel, and indeed the implications for Britain.

But before we get going on that fast-moving story, so fast-moving, probably everything we say will date.

I haven't seen any of you for two weeks.

You know, I was in Paris last week and I gather you all...

You all just loved it because there was no dissenting voice I hear on some of the more hawkish issues.

Even you, Miranda, tend towards the hawkishness.

This is just as a prelude to our discussion on Iran. Well, I don't know about hawkishness. This is just as a prelude to our discussion on Iran.

Well, I don't know about hawkish. I think we did have a moment of agreement between the three of us who were here last week on the revolting nature of the Iranian regime.

I don't know if some listeners perhaps thought that was a carte blanche for any sort of

military action, but I think we were just keen to push back against some of the, I mean, some of the

protests have been quite odd, I would say, you know, don't attack Iran. I mean, you know,

the Ayatollah is no friend of the human rights agenda of the left.

Let's not even talk about, you know, how they react to people who are gay in Iran,

the horrific record on capital punishment, all the rest of it.

I think that's where we were united.

But I think it's interesting that that...
