feed your creative soul and get you thinking. And we've decided to do an extra bonus surprise

episode because Alice and I have been doing a lot of talking

over the last week or so with each other and with other people about the upcoming CVP program, Creative Visionary Program,

which opens for enrollment today.

We've been having chats amongst ourselves about what it meant to us and how it changed things for us,

but we've also been answering a lot of questions in dms and messages and emails and on Facebook

and within our Facebook group,

and we thought that this would be a useful topic to cover

and that perhaps our experiences and our thoughts might be helpful.

Yeah, so if you know that you are not remotely interested in CVP, this might be one that you can

skip.

However, I think some of the things that perhaps we're going to talk about are applicable to work in general.

We're going to try and keep this one a little bit shorter, so this isn't a great long episode,

but we just thought that this would be a nice way for you to hear a little bit more kind of personal viewpoint really about

CVP and what a difference it made for us.

So when did you take CVP Alice?

Well, do you know, it's a long time ago.

It's 2016, so this is the fifth time it's run and it's changed in that time.

I mean, the core principles are the same. So the core principles are design,

value, color, texture, risk and soul. And those obviously don't change. So some people this
