Do you ever think, my friends.

Oh, I just really need to like it. Do you ever ever think my friends?

Oh, I just really need to life coach my friends right now.

Especially if a friend is down or they're frustrated.

Or if, you know, they're

you know they're talking something out with you and sometimes people ask me you know

how do you jump between like coaching someone and then just being someone's friend and look it's hard right because of course I want to go

straight to my coaching questions and get to the root of the issue do some belief examination

question it release it lose the lies get clear feel good

you know get cracking on what matters I'm so keen and eager to go there but sometimes we

need to really be clear and differentiate based on pretty much what someone needs.

And what I've learned over the years is that not everyone, especially in a moment of frustration, really wants to be helped.

Right, sometimes we just need to share how we're feeling, let it out, however crazy our thoughts are, however

in our ego we are, however desperate we might feel

sometimes we just need to say it right with someone that we trust

someone we can be ourselves with you know intimate

vulnerable with and just vent.

So here's a question that I ask, even I ask my husband this

or I'll ask a very close friend or maybe one of my sisters.
