While the government is currently in recess,

but over the weekend, a secret meeting took place between both

Labour and the Tories to talk about how we can make Brexit work better

with our European neighbours. Katie, what's been happening?

So this was a story in the observer. I think there's definitely

also senior members of the government, step forward Michael Gove.

Now, this summit was effectively held at the historic

Ditchie Park retreat. It is described by the observer as a private

discussion under the title, how can we make Brexit work better for

neighbours in Europe? Now, this might not seem like a particularly

controversial question. I think lots of people agree that you

just look at the Northern Ireland protocol, but also the economy

ways of growth that things could be going better.
