We're seen by my estimate probably a tenfold increase in attitudes towards political violence

now compared to before Donald Trump was president.

There's domestic terrorism investigations in all 50 states.

One in 10 Americans believed Donald Trump should be forcibly reinstalled in the White House.

And another one in 10 Americans say they do believe violence against the government is justified.

It's a really, really alarming environment and one of the blinking red indicators of

why a pressure release valve is needed in our political system.

So what I experienced coming out and speaking out against Trump is in fact one of the reasons

why I grew much more open to the idea of a new way in our political system and the need

for a new party.
