So my first question is very simple. Is the COVID-19 pandemic over?

You know, David, there's a lot of misinterpretation about what the meaning of the word over is.

It means different things to different people. I'm sure you're referring to the comment made

by the president a day or two ago. If you're talking about the fulminant phase of the outbreak

when we were having anywhere from 800,000 to 900,000 infections a day and three to 4,000 deaths per day.
