Association of Realtors settlement with basically everyone. He's a real estate attorney.

So we're going to talk about that. Get excited.

Yeah. I mean it affects everybody. I think we all should be excited to talk about it.

It affects many people. It affects anybody. Okay. But first we're going to talk about the Total Solar Eclipse, which was magical and wonderful and

incredible, 2.0.

And we're going to wrap up the show by talking about the Indigo Girls, because it is Indigo Girls Week here in Paducah, Kentucky.

We're going to tell you all about that at the end of the show outside of politics.
