country and around the world. Recently we've been talking and writing a lot about Michelin, the Michelin guides for 2018 for the United States just came out.

They came out in D.C. Chicago, San Francisco, and New York, and across the pond they came out in London and we want to

talk a little bit about why Michelin still matters if it still matters and some of the

controversy around their choices.

To start off the episode, I am going to do the first of what I hope to be a long tradition.
