I'm Josh Muccio and from Gimlet Media this is the pitch. To kick off the new year we decided to go back and

revisit one of our favorite episodes from 2018 one where the entrepreneur did a complete 180 in the months

following her pitch. The company was Popcom and the founder Don Dixon eventually decided

that VC was totally broken.

But when she went a different direction, when she did that 180,

Dawn ran into a whole host of other problems,
