0:33.4	Today we're addressing a really complex and important question. Is the ICC's
0:38.7	arrest warrant for Netagnahu justified? And because this is such a complex conversation,
0:44.6	it's necessary to ground the conversation
0:47.0	with some facts.
0:48.1	So what is the ICC?
0:50.2	Unlike the ICJ, it only targets individuals, and it prosecutes them for issues such as war crimes against humanity and genocide.
0:59.2	Where is the case today?
1:01.2	Well, it started with the determination by the prosecutor
1:04.4	Karim Khan that there was sufficient evidence to prosecute Netanyahu. It's worth
1:10.5	noting that he also put the defense minister Galant and three Hamas leaders of prosecution two.
1:17.6	And the warrants are really focused on the humanitarian crisis in Gaza, starvation, lack of water, etc. The prosecutor
1:25.9	Karim Khan largely sidestepped whether Israel's self-defense response is
