ability to stay awake during the day. But let's talk about DHS. The Senate is hitting

snags as they try to reach a deal to reopen the Department of Homeland Security. Senate Democrats

are demanding additional concessions after Republicans struggle to get Donald Trump on board

with a framework for the potential agreement. Max, we'll deal with two things here. We'll deal with

Republicans first. President Trump was asked yesterday about the emerging DHS framework, which would

have Congress fund all of DHS besides ICE's enforcement operations. And then Republicans would try to get
