And part of your focus in that article is this disconnect between the lifespan of a building and the way we work now and the tools we use to work which turn over quite a bit faster than buildings.

Yes, it's true.

As any CIO or corporate real estate executive knows,

the world of software and the world of buildings

operate on extremely different time scales.

Now software as we know is optimized for speed and upgrades usually ideally every six

months whereas buildings are built to stand the test of time usually decades.
