A workplace death at a Halifax, Nova Scotia Walmart has become international news due to the incident’s unimaginably horrific circumstances. 19 year old Gursimran Kaur and her mother worked together at a Halifax Walmart. During their evening shift on Oct 19th, Gursimran’s mother grew increasingly worried after not seeing her daughter for over an hour. She searched the store, asking coworkers for help.
