The reality is we are all doomed to make choices.

Because choices come up all the time every day, millions of little choices.

I forget what the statistic is, how many decisions we make a day, and to avoid decision

fatigue, we want to plan what to eat, plan what to wear, plan our route to work so that we

can free up the creative part of our brain to focus on the more important stuff, right?

something versus actually committing to something. Because often I see people getting excited,

making choices, making commitments or micro commitments saying, I'm going to start this business, or I'm going to start this side hustle, or I'm going to start, making choices, making commitments or micro-commitments saying,

new hobby, or I'm going to do X, Y, Z, right, whatever it is for you. And that's cool. It feels

empowering and fun and energizing to make a choice. But that, my friend, is not the same as a commitment. So just say today I
