we're the only creatures who have this power of imagination, visualizing, connecting with a different reality, daydreaming,

What if we flip that even 20% instead of rehearsing worry or instead of rehearsing, you know, terrible outcomes or

something unwanted, we started visualizing wins and life going smoothly and us having outcomes that we

want. What are you living in your mind? What are you picturing on repeat? Because sometimes we think

everything needs a plan, a backup plan, a spreadsheet, we need to prepare for the worst case scenario.

And there's nothing wrong with that, having a plan B, getting prepared, planning.

But when we spend so much of our energy worrying about what might go wrong,

it almost becomes its own full-time job. And then our creativity and energy is depleted for
