Back from vacation, it's Joel Anderson. Hey, man. Brian, it's good to see. You see

your smiling face again. Yeah, man, I, you know what? A lot of people, you know, because every

night and again, I read the comments, I try not to. A lot of people didn't think I was coming back,

but unfortunately, I'm here. Do people really think that?

I don't know. I think it was more wishcasting. You know, I've done a really good job. I don't

know if you know I was on rewatchables a week ago. I heard it. People hate me. You know what I'm saying?

I'm fine with that. But I have avoided the internet.

And so that was one good thing about being off last week.

I was just off the internet as people were laughing at me falling down at the UCLA practice facility.

And bringing down their favorite podcast about movies they used to enjoy. You didn't read one comment last week, for real? Yeah, I mean, you know. Yeah, come on. I don't believe you. I read a couple. You know, I felt like you, by the way. Can I tell you? When I went, so I was at the airport, I don't know what happened. Like there was something going on with my computer.

And I bought this book.

It's about Joan Didion interviews.

It's just a series of interviews she gave over the years.

That's cool.

Yeah, man.

It was actually really good.

I didn't finish it all.

I got through maybe like, you know, the first.

It has interviews with Pacifica Radio, the New York Times
