So word on the street kiddies, you're about to go to therapist.

Yeah.

As you know, and the street was 10 minutes ago when we didn't get to it, without where

to go.

All right, so what is the thing?

Because there's usually one thing I think I told you guys years and years and years ago,

where you have like this self realization, you're like, I can't do this alone.

And this was when my kid was born and I realized I was turning into my freaking dad who was

like disconnected, didn't have an emotional connection to my newborn and I'm like, uh-uh,

it stops today.

So that's when I started going to a therapist.

Did you have like that one wake up moment?

Because I know you're nervous talking about it even.

It's been three moments that have recently happened.

And I've always, in the back of my head, it's like, yeah, I know therapy is necessary, right?

Like I believe that people do need therapy.

However, I've always been the type to be like, I'm good.

It's okay.

I don't need it.

I don't need to talk to anybody about my problems.

I'll just bury them.

And most of the, it's the cultural thing also, right?
