Hey, the bird show, Cassie, I have some very disappointing news for you and for me that I got

my sleep study test back yesterday and it wasn't as bad as I thought it was, gotta be sucks.

So there's a lot of stuff wrong with you, but it's not sleep.

It just was inconclusive, Cassie's got me so fired up about sleep apnea, I want it so

bad.

No, you don't, you just want to have it, but it is nice, I think if you've been struggling

with issues and you realize that's what's causing it.

And you can be, you helped via a CPAP machine or something similar.

I'm doing a deep dive on my health this year, really a big time deep dive.

And when I was under anesthesia, a couple of months ago, twice, the dentist said, I've

got sleep apnea and the way that you breathe while you're under anesthesia makes me think

you got sleep apnea.

And then all of a sudden, everything started to make sense to me, some of the other labs

that were coming back, my cardio fitness that all has to do with your recovery that you

get during sleep.

So if you're not getting a lot of deep sleep, which is where your recovery really happens,

then you could have all these other health issues.

So Cassie had come in here saying how this CPAP machine changed her life and changed her

husband's life for the better.

Like it's a different person.

Yeah, he was just, he had obstructive sleep apnea and he was just exhausted every single

day.
