All right, Cassie.

So we had a win yesterday with red dye.

Now it is time to start working on sugar.

Yeah, I want to know if I'm an a-hole or an outlier for politely asking my child's school to stop giving children treats.

And before I get branded as some anti-sugar witch, it's just like a lot and it's every day.

And we're talking M&Ms, if my child does something good.

There have been a lot of birthday parties and holidays celebrations recently.

So I'm trying to keep that in mind.

But now that we're out, it's like almost every day she's had like a marshmallow or a

cupcake or a cookie.

And that doesn't sound crazy.

Like that doesn't sound insane until you remember that she's five.

She's tiny.

We don't give her a ton of sugar at home, like fruit, stuff like that.

And of course she has candy from time to time.

She has cake from time to time.

We teach like moderation and that it's great for you to have that stuff because it gives you energy, but you need to balance it with other foods.

But she is coming home every single day so hopped up on sugar that she's crashing. She's crying and she's acting out.
