0:35.0	but the figures aren't quite right James are they? Well this is the big dispute
0:39.9	isn't it and I'm sure Fraser's going to jump in in a second tell us why they're wrong. But yeah,
0:44.7	they've been going out saying that they've abolished the asylum backlog. What they mean by that is the legacy
0:49.9	backlog pre-June 2022, when the Rwanda scheme was meant to be brought in.
0:54.3	And so the big debate has been today about how much they've been able to take out and actually
0:58.0	is just going to some Tory MPs before this, you know, is this just media case of
1:01.0	Control-Alt delete on some of these cases etc but
1:04.1	because 17,000 of mysteriously disappeared from the caseload and these aren't people
1:08.5	who have been sort of sorted these are just cases that have vanished and we're not
1:12.4	sure why.
1:13.0	Well, and again, these are big questions about is the home office competent in kind of keeping tabs on all these people?
1:18.0	What's actually happened to them and they just disappeared into the UK?
1:20.0	Somebody lost a file over Christmas or something.
