Now, this is a question that came from a listener. And listener's name is Dwayne. And Dwayne says this. He says, I've been enjoying your podcast. Any chance you could do a segment on rental property is an income stream for retirement. Is it a good idea or not? I have mixed

I will preface this by saying, I am not a serious, serious real estate investor when this is something you're doing for a living,

there's a different way that you're looking at real estate. What I'm going to try to do is try

to simplify this and try to simplify the approach to the extent that we can see how does this

make sense for your retirement plan? Is this a good income stream for retirement? Is this a good

outcome, which is, is this going to help you live a more secure, more comfortable retirement?

So just a quick disclaimer here, this is not the only way. Really, this isn't even the way to look

at real estate investing, but from a practical standpoint, it very much is. So with a simple overview of this,
