Hey everyone, it's Rob B here with Rob D and will this be the last podcast we ever deliver?

0:07.0

Because are we just doing away with house price growth?

0:10.4

And if house price growth is slowing down or will never boom again, what's the point?

0:15.5

Well, the point is you can make incredible wealth in this market.

0:19.6

We're going to explain to you why the market

0:20.8

is behaving the way it is right now, but also, more importantly, teach you how you can take

next 10 years. What are we going to do with all that cash? Well, it is, Rob, the largest social and

1:26.6

affordable housing investment in 50 years,

1:29.2

apparently. And what this means is an extra £39 billion has been allocated over the next

1:33.9

10 years to create new social housing, homes for affordable rent, shared ownership and all that

1:38.9

1:42.9

re-announce things that they've announced before to make the numbers sound bigger. This apparently is all new funding. As is typical,
