Summary

Happy Tuesday! It’s time for Rob & Rob to answer two more great questions from our listeners!  (0:41) James lives near the new upcoming Cambridge South Station and wonders if the improved transport links will boost local property prices and what kind of increase he can expect - what will Rob & Rob predict?   (3:55) After recently selling his business, Pete has a decent chunk of cash to put into property. He’s been weighing up whether to invest personally or through a limited company, and with pros and cons on both sides, he asks Rob & Rob for their thoughts on the best approach.  Links:  Should You Buy a Property in a Limited Company in 2024?  Enjoy the show?  Leave us a review on Apple Podcasts - it really helps others find us!  Sign up for our free weekly newsletter, Property Pulse  Send us your question by calling us on 013 808 00035 and leaving a message with your name and question (normal UK call rates apply) or click here to leave a recording via your computer instead.  Find out more about Property Hub Invest
