episode, I am talking with someone who needs absolutely no introduction, David Roche. In addition to

being a stellar coach and podcaster, David has been lighting up the 100-mile ultra-trail

running scene these last three months with impressive performances at leadville and

havalino which have certainly made the uroy conversation very interesting at the end of this year

honestly though this was really just an excuse to reach out david and i spent two hours covering a

range of topics in the trail running world we did not really have an agenda we just had fun and i hope

that shines through here.
