In this episode, Joel and Antonia answer a listener question about how to share personality type with skeptical friends and family. They explain why arguing usually backfires and why the best approach is to let the system create visible growth in your own life. They also talk about using tangible tools, real-life moments, and community to make type feel useful instead of abstract.

You don't have to defend tight. You don't have to try to convince everybody that this is a great

thing. It's not a paradigm that requires acolytes. We don't have to be proselytizers for the system.

0:09.3

We don't have to like get everybody to believe in it. It's there to serve us. It's a tool for us.

0:13.6

We're not there for it. If it's honestly, truly making a change in your life, people will notice.

0:18.8

They are far more likely to be softened if you are demonstrating

the power of the system in your life. If it is truly serving us and we're not serving it,

0:28.4

then that will become evident. And then maybe it has a possibility of serving other people as well.

So this week on the show, we are rolling along this little short series. We were in Nashville,

0:52.4

Tennessee, a couple weeks ago. We recorded a full live podcast. And then we opened up for questions and answers to the audience right afterward.

0:54.2

And we got a few questions and we thought, well, let's take each one of those and create a little episode out of it. We'll intro and outro and we can basically play it for you if you're listening or watching to get the benefit of the Q&A, not just the live podcast. So that's what we're going to do today. We've got a great question coming in from Elijah. And he actually asked a question what a lot of people ask us. Mental health and personality type is one of the big ones, right? Like that's a really big one. But the other one is how do I get my friends and family to stop the laundry or the chores and listen to me about type? Like stop whatever they're doing and just listen for a second. If they would just hear it, I think they would like it.

1:28.0

But how do I get people into this?

1:29.3

They're skeptical.

1:30.1

They think it's like astrology. What can I do, Joel and Antonio, to get people into personality type? That's a big challenge for people. It is. Because you probably feel lonely. Yeah. And if you, by the way, if you're listening or watching and this is you, just leave a comment below this episode.

1:44.7

I'm just curious, have you tried? And I would love to hear the story of how you tried and it was rejected. I'm just curious how hard it is for people out there. So you can read other people's and not feel so alone. Okay, now you can say what you're going to say. You're not alone in your loneliness. I was just going to say if you've been following this year so far, you probably know we've mentioned

2:06.3

it, at least I think on each of the episodes, that apparently when we booked the hotel room,

2:11.7

we didn't know that they had also booked a birthday party right next door. And so it was very,

2:17.0

like the music was very loud. So if you're, if you kind of start to rock out to Biggie Smalls in the background, that's definitely a thing that was happening. Yeah, I think it was like, it must have been like a 1991 themed party because it was like, like, it was old school rap. Oh yeah. Yeah. Hip hop from like, was it to, yeah, anywhereWA. Yeah, 90s to the OTS. Cypress Hill was playing. So we were having some very, like very intense conversations to the Humpty dance. Oh. And the reason we were in Nashville is we were doing our personality life path mentorship program. We're doing the three-day live event that we finish up with. And by the way, you should go get a hold of personality life path if you're interested because this is a fantastic program to change your life. We had like people there. We were working with them and we're doing like breakthroughs with people because we've done all this work up to the event. With 90s. And it was like, and right at the end, as we're trying to wrap up, like between five and six o'clock at night because we're getting wrapped up and then we're going to do a podcast, yeah,

3:10.6

the Humpty Dance started.

3:11.4

That's right.

3:12.1

You turn to one of our students, you're like, you did a breakthrough during the Humpty Dance.
