interpreters i think Putin speaks fluent english but like fidel Castro pretends he doesn't so he uses an

interpreter but that way whatever you say during the interpreters talking he's got another 20 seconds to think of an answer.

If you look at the early interviews with Fidel Castro, late 50s, he was on with, remember the Jack Parr show, he was on with Jack Parr.

If he watched his early interviews, Castro speaks fluent English.
