Hey, we're reopened.

New York has reopened.

It was 472 days that we were in that pandemic.

4702 days.

Remember it began?

It was March last year. I guess it was late April, beginning of March. When did the lockdown begin? It was March 15th or March 20th or something like that. Right around St. Patrick's Day. So, yeah, that's right. But it was late April where everybody started talking about locking down. And remember, Governor Cuomo was late on the lockdown. I remember, this is hard to believe, but Mayor de Blasio was ahead of him, thinking ahead of him. Remember Mayor de Blasio said, we've got a lockdown. We're going to have to shut the school system. And the governor stepped in and said, absolutely not.

I control, and nobody knew this.

I control the New York City school system.

And I'm not shutting it down.

Remember, he delayed it a couple of weeks.

And we locked down late.

But still, 472 days.

I remember at the time when it started, everybody thinking we'll do this for two weeks. Maybe. Maybe a month we'll have to do this. But it turned out to be a year and then a couple of months was an unbelievable thing. You live through history. We got through it. We're wide open now. Yankee Stadium goes to full capacity this week. If you go around some

restaurants, you'll see out on the street, they've put those plexiglass dividers that they had

in between tables. Those are all gone. If you're just joyous over this reopening, everything

back to normal, remember one part of it is restaurants no longer required to space the tables out.

Back to the old system where the next table is half an inch from you.

So you'll see that starting to happen.
