This one is touch on a topic that we'll go into next.

So it starts off by saying, I've been dating my boyfriend for about five months now.

I own my own home as I purchased it this February and it's my

second home. Congrats. I've made a good amount of money on my first home and put most of that money

towards this house. I have a good career. However, this is a situation with my boyfriend. My boyfriend

rents a room from his friend who owns a townhouse. His friend travels a lot for work and is hardly at home, maybe one week out of the two. My boyfriend pays $800 a month, which includes utilities. It's a nice place, but he's just managing and just about meets his bills. So recently his friend was thinking about selling the townhouse and is going to move in

with his girlfriend.

He told my boyfriend this, who then came over to me the next night and sprung it all

on me and told me that he should move in with me.

I was really shocked because we've only been dainty for

five months and I don't think that is long enough time for me to think about letting him move

in. I tried to talk about it with him and told him that I needed some time to think about it,

but he got visibly annoyed. So yesterday I got a text from him stating that his friend has listed

the townhouse and my boyfriend doesn't have

any other place to stay and has told me that he now needs to move in short term starting from

next week. I text him back saying we need to talk about it tonight and when he came round

over when he came over he started ranting and begging me to let him move in.

He said that he can help pay 30%, not up to half.

But hopefully that should be fine with me since I've been paying this by myself anyway.

He texts me today though, apologising, but still thinks that this should be the way we move

forward.

I told my friend about it and they say that I should not be letting him move in.
